The Parade Tea Rooms

The second location of the Parade Tea Rooms, which opened in May 2019 is situated just next to the Vernon Gate entrance to Gunwharf Quays in a beautifully refurbished, historic building. Offering seating indoors and a covered outdoor terraced area, the tearooms are perfectly located as a companion to your Gunwharf Quays shopping trip.

We are family friendly with wheelchair access and dog friendly in our outdoor areas.

Check out the new coffee cart from The Parade Tea Rooms – now open in the Avenues! It's perfect for grabbing a brew in a hurry and serves a selection of hot and cold drinks, plus tasty cakes. Open from now until the end of January 2024, every day from 9.30am – 8pm.
