RETURNS INFORMATION: Should you decide to return your items, the return courier cost is to be paid by the customer. Items must be returned within 30 days in the original condition. Please contact the store to make them aware that you are returning an item and they will advise of any other necessary requirements for the return. We recommend a trackable and signed for service. Any monogrammed or personalised product cannot be returned. For all returns, there could be a delay of up to 28 days after receiving the product back for the refund to show on your bank statement.
For orders shipped outside of the UK, delivery costs and customs/import tariffs are the customer’s responsibility.
