For the best experience, simply download the QwikPark app ahead of your visit. Select the Premium Parking option and Gunwharf Quays as the location.
If you don't have the app, park in the non-reserved Premium Parking bays and get your ticked validated at the parking office.
Staying longer?
No problem! You'll simply be charged the standard tariff in addition to the Premium Parking fee.

Can I use Premium if I haven’t booked?
Yes, if you park in one of the non-reserved Premium Parking spaces, you just need to take your parking ticket to the car park office on arrival and the car park team will validate your ticket at the new Premium Parking rate.
How do I book a space?
To book a space, download the QwikPark app and then search for Gunwharf Quays and choose Premium Parking. Please also see our step-by-step guide, linked below.
What if I don’t have the QwikPark app?
No problem. Although you cannot book without the app, you can still use one of the non-reserved Premium Parking spaces. Once you have parked, take your parking ticket to the car park office and the car park team will validate your ticket at the new Premium Parking rate.
How much is Premium Parking?
Premium Parking is £10 for 6 hours parking. If you stay longer than 6 hours, you will simply be charged the standard parking tariff in addition.
What if I stay longer than 6 hours?
If you stay longer than 6 hours, you will be charged the standard parking tariff in addition to your Premium Parking fee. If you have booked on the app and paid upfront, you will be charged the standard rate tariff when you leave. If you are not using the app, you will have both fees combined for you when you pay at the machine.
What if I am visiting the cinema?
Unfortunately, Premium Parking cannot be used in conjunction with any discounted parking. If you would like to receive the discounted cinema rate, we recommend you use a standard parking space.
Can I use any discounts with Premium Parking?

Where are the Premium Parking spaces?
The Premium Parking spaces are located in Row E on the upper level of the car park. You can follow the signs to Premium Parking, which you will see after entering the car park.
How do I get the free Dropit carry to car service?
To use the free carry to car service, please visit our Guest Services suite in Central Square and show our team your active Premium Parking session. They will issue you with a pass that can be used on the day of your visit.
How do I get my VIP Quay Card?
To collect your free VIP Quay Card, please visit our Guest Services suite and show our team your active Premium Parking session. Present this card in any participating store to receive an additional 10% discount. This discount is subject to individual stores' Terms and Conditions.
Where can I get the parking app?
You can download the QwikPark app on the App Store or Google Play – simply search QwikPark on either store or scan the barcode on your visit.
What happens if I arrive early?
If you have booked on the app, you can arrive up to 1 hour earlier than your booked time. Once you arrive, your 6 hours will begin. Please note that if you arrive over 1 hour earlier than your booking, you may also be charged the standard parking rate.
What happens if I arrive late?
If you arrive late, your Premium Parking session will have started at your booked time and your remaining time will be reduced based on your arrival time. You will still be able to enter the car park as normal and can still stay later if you need to. Standard parking charges will apply if you stay longer than your pre-booked time period.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes. To view your Premium Parking session on the app, go to Sessions > Upcoming and tap on the Premium Parking session. You will see an option to cancel. You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the booking and the app will automatically refund your transaction.
Can I amend my booking?
Unfortunately, you cannot currently amend the booking, but you can cancel and re-book for another time if you need to. We are working hard on this now and hope to have this function operational very soon.
