To secure your style service or style package, full payment is required at the time of purchase. Once payment is complete and you've received your confirmation email, please get in touch with Jennifer Jones Styling to book the date and time of your style service/first session within your style package. Jennifer Jones Styling operates on a first come first served basis with availability of style sessions/training courses. If for any reason you need to change or cancel your booking, you must inform Jennifer Jones Styling at least 72 hours prior to the arranged service date. If an alternative booking is made, the payment taken will be transferred to that appointment. Any requests to change your booking after this time will result in a cancellation. If a cancellation occurs, 100% of the fee paid will be non-refundable. Should you wish to cancel your booking and you notify us at least 72 hours in advance of the arranged service date, 50% of the fee paid will be refunded to you. Payment plans available on request.
We operate independently from our individual stylists. As such, any bookings made through our platform are subject to the distinct terms and conditions mutually agreed upon by you and the stylist. For full T&Cs, please click here.
