The Liquorist

The Liquorist promises to breathe some energy and excitement into the town’s nightlife scene, offering customers a fabulous selection of glamorous cocktails from the 5 Star Tea to the Caribbean Pornstar, premium spirits, wines, and craft beers. An extensive range and expertise in all things rum (it is the next Gin after all!) will feature, as the bar will host regular rum tasting nights and masterclasses for those looking to learn more about the versatile spirit. The bar will even feature a Rum Roulette wheel which will help customers spin a selection of rums and mixers to create a bespoke drink at random.

If that wasn’t enough, customers can take a leap of faith by using the bar’s very own “Liq or Twist” app, where guests can can “twist” to find their favourite of the site’s 30 premium cocktails and then enjoy it for only £5. The venue will also host a “Happy Hour” every day aimed at persuading weary workers and shoppers to down tools and relax.

To top it off, a food menu will be served from 9am until 9pm daily and offer a range of small sharing plates, artisan pizzas and burgers along with delicious vegetarian and vegan options, including the delectable Wagyu Beef Burger, Vegan Chilli and the Hirayli Chicken Pizza. What’s more, every Monday – Friday the bar will be offering lunch and a drink for just £6 between 12 and 3pm or two meals for £12 all day every day.
