Supervisor, Vilebrequin

The Store Supervisor assumes leadership of the store in the absence of the Store Manager, overseeing daily operations. They guide and support Sales Associates to ensure an outstanding customer experience. Supervisors are responsible for maintaining the sales floor, ensuring high standards of visual merchandising and stock quality. They manage cash handling, including opening and closing tills, and perform cash reconciliation according to established procedures. The Supervisor addresses customer complaints, feedback, and inquiries, resolving issues effectively to maintain customer satisfaction. Additionally, they proactively analyse KPIs and take necessary actions to meet performance targets. Previous supervisory experience is required.

Hours: 40 Hours per week
