We have an amazing opportunity for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our fantastic team in Gunwharf Quays.
Our restaurants and brasseries ooze their own individual character and charm with the welcome twist of delicious French brasserie food. Our fabulous menus are devised by our chef patron Raymond Blanc one of the most well-respected chefs in the UK. Our food is cooked to order, using the best, freshest, seasonal ingredients.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie that has a real passion for food, an eye for detail and the highest standards with which to serve our guests. It is essential that you are commercially and financially minded and have proven experience in delivering business growth, budgets and staff retention.
Hours: 48 hours per week
