There are 35 disabled car parking spaces in the upper level of our car park, and we run a complimentary shop mobility service from the Car Park Office. There are electric scooters, powered wheelchairs and manual wheelchairs available to use. The mobility scheme is limited to use solely within Gunwharf Quays and you will be required to show a form of identification with your address.

Sensory Toys
Many people on the autism spectrum have difficulty processing everyday sensory information, and we recognise that visiting a shopping centre can present a difficult environment to some. We have therefore introduced our new sensory toys for those needing some time out and they can be found within our Guest Services Suite in Central Square.
Every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning between 10am and 11am, the Centre is committed to offering a quieter experience. Many of our Brands will dim their lights where possible and turn off their music to help Guests enjoy a quiet hour.
Vue is dedicated to giving every one of their guests an exceptional big screen experience. You will find accessibility information for Vue Portsmouth, including details on accessible and autism-friendly screenings on their website.
Many of our restaurants with toilets support the ‘Can’t Wait’ cards for Guests with Crohns and Colitis. The Guest Services team have attended Dementia, Autism Awareness and Disability & Diversity training. If you have any comments regarding our Disabled Services, we would love to hear from you.
