Offering guests a new level of convenience during their trip to the South Coast’s biggest outlet shopping destination, Dropit is now available at Gunwharf Quays.
Whether you want to enjoy a meal at one of our many restaurants, push the pram bag-free, or continue your day exploring Portsmouth without being weighed down — we’re here to do the heavy lifting so you don’t have to!
Each purchase that you make will be placed inside a security sealed eco-friendly Dropit bag, ready to collect at the end of your visit or be delivered to your home.
Get started by downloading the Dropit app and creating an account. From here, select your shopping location from the list and choose Collect-on-Site, Carry-to-Car or Home Delivery. It’s that simple — and available totally free!

Store-to-Door delivery
We’ll deliver all your bags to your chosen address in selected Portsmouth postcode areas on the same day (check the app for live availability).
For out-of-town visitors, our next-day delivery service* is available for the rest of mainland Great Britain — an ideal option for those looking to send their purchases straight home!

With delivery insurance to the value of £10,000*, we ensure your purchases are in safe hands from store to door. On the Dropit app, you’ll find the precise delivery cut-off time, so you know how long you have remaining until your last drop. Collect-on-Site
Collect-on-Site is ideal for those who want to explore Gunwharf Quays and all Portsmouth has to offer.
When you’re ready to head home, let us know by selecting 'Finished Dropping' on the app or following the link sent via SMS. From here, we’ll prepare everything for collection at Guest Services within 20 minutes of receiving your notification.
Carry-to-Car
Dropit also offers guests the option to have their bags dropped off at their car before heading home. All you need to do is select ‘Carry-to-Car’ on the Dropit app, then notify us via the app or following a link sent via SMS when you’re finished for the day.
Head towards Guest Services — conveniently located near the car parking area — and simply let them know where you’ve parked. The team will shortly thereafter bring all your bags to your vehicle.
