We are seeking an enthusiastic Virtual Sales/Omni-channel Sales Associate to take part and lead our new project with desire for social media, strong communication, marketing alongside developing strong customer connections. In this position you will be responsible for leading the overall shopper marketing strategy alongside our district virtual sales ambassador. Aligned to marketing, sales priorities, social media, this role has specific responsibilities for leading the development of our project and delivering exceptional customer service. Candidates will need to build and maintain repeat clientele, have a desire for social media and marketing, a understanding of sales targets and expectations, comply with all sales related policies and procedures, a passion for driving our brands and through virtual channels key attributes, confident in delivering exceptional customer service, the ability to work on different tasks easily/multi-tasking, ability to resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
Experience in premium luxury retail is essential, marketing background (not essential), excellent personal organisational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
