The ideal candidate for the role of Assistant Manager will be enthusiastic, passionate, committed with great people skills. They will have strong engagement skills and show a passion for shoes. You will be confident in dealing with customers, both face to face and on the telephone. You will need to be diplomatic, forth right and place a great emphasis on the following areas, customer service, product knowledge and communication.
Shoe experience is desirable but not essential.
Hours: 40 hours per week
