French Connection are looking for an Assistant Manager to join the team here in GUnwharf Quays. Applicants must be flexible and able to work well within a team, be a friendly, enthusiastic member of staff and promote great Customer Service. Deal with customer enquiries and refunds professionally and effectively, converting refunds into sales opportunities where possible. To maximise sales and profitability within the store through excellent visual and customer service standards and supporting senior management with the effective management of the store. Supervisory or team management experience is required. Must be available to work weekdays, weekends and public/bank holidays.
Hours: 39 hours per week (Full-Time)
