Lucy & Yak Win £100 Competition
Terms and conditions

 

These terms and conditions apply to the PLUS+ Lucy & Yak £100 free prize draw run by Land Securities. 

All participants in our PLUS+ Lucy & Yak £100 free prize draw (“participants”) will be deemed to have accepted, and be bound by, these terms and conditions. 

1. Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Gunwharf Quays (“the Promoter”).

Lucy & Yak is the prize partner only and is not responsible for the administration of the competition.

2. Eligibility

This competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 16 or over, who are Gunwharf Quays Plus Members, except:

• Employees of Lucy & Yak
• Employees of Gunwharf Quays
• Their immediate families or anyone professionally connected with the competition

3. Competition Period

The competition will run from Thursday 19 February 2026 until 8th March

4. How to Enter

Entry into the competition is managed exclusively by Gunwharf Quays and is subject to Gunwharf Quays’ entry mechanics, platform, and timelines.

Lucy & Yak does not collect or process competition entries.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a £100 Lucy & Yak shopping spree, redeemable in-store only at the Lucy & Yak Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth store.

• The prize must be redeemed in a single transaction
• Sale items are included
• No cash alternative is available
• No change will be given for any unused balance

6. Prize Redemption

You will be contacted by Gunwharf Quays to confirm you are the winner - your details will be passed to Lucy and Yak who will be in touch to arrange your prize collection.

The prize must be redeemed by 31 August 2026.

To redeem the prize, the winner must:

• Attend the Lucy & Yak Gunwharf Quays store in person
• Present valid photographic ID matching the winner’s name
• Comply with all in-store redemption instructions provided

Failure to provide valid ID or to redeem the prize by the stated deadline may result in forfeiture of the prize.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected at random by Gunwharf Quays and contacted using the details provided at entry.

If the winner does not respond within the timeframe specified by Gunwharf Quays, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

8. Data Protection

Personal data will be collected and processed by Gunwharf Quays in accordance with its Privacy Policy for the purposes of administering this competition.

Where entrants have explicitly opted in, Gunwharf Quays will share entrant details with Lucy & Yak for marketing purposes.

Lucy & Yak will process this data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

9. General

• The prize is non-transferable and non-refundable
• The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
• The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the competition in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control
• Neither the Promoter nor Lucy & Yak shall be liable for any loss or damage arising from acceptance or use of the prize

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
